Elder Frank Riddick

U.S. Veteran

On May 14, 2013 our dear husband, brother, father, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend went home to be with the Lord. Frank was the oldest son born in Princess Anne County, Virginia to the late Frank Milton Riddick Sr. and Mary Haynes Riddick. He was in the graduating class of 1967 at Union Kempsville High School and was drafted into the Army after high school where he served in the Vietnam War.

Frank was a locksmith for the military. and Management Assistant for Oceana Naval Air Station student center. He was a loving, caring, and encouraging father and brother. He devoted his life to Christ at an early age and was called to minister as a Reverend and Elder. He was a former member of New Union Chapel and later joined New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. Frank loved to sing, dance, travel, talk, read the Bible, witness about Christ, and fellowship in praise. He was a wise man of many words and a very humble man who would do anything for someone in need. He was married to Ronda Holloway Riddick.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Ronda Riddick of Virginia Beach, Va., four daughters Felicia Creekmore (Elliott) of Chesapeake, Tamar James, Monica Riddick, Shanta Riddick-Agiri (Dare) all of Virginia Beach, Va., one uncle Richard A. Haynes(Christine), one aunt Elfrea Brock; six sisters; Barbara A. Mitchell of Virginia Beach, Va., Diana R. Mullen (John) of Virginia Beach, Va., Daphne M. Riddick of Layton, Utah, Sandy R.
